Village of Tinley Park

The Village of Tinley Park researched competing models for providing GIS. The Village examined the direct cost efficiencies, potential revenue generation and cost savings from shared staffing  that can occur as a GISC member. Previously Tinley Park had been using a traditional contracting model and found that it did not gain the full benefits of the system. As a member of the Consortium Tinley Park is provided access to all the necessary staffing expertise without the full-time cost responsibility.
